Owner of  Kingdom Fit. Born and raised in Toronto Canada, I relocated to St. Joesph, MO in 2013 on a basketball scholarship at Missouri Western State University, I have been a certified personal trainer and coach since 2017. Training and coaching athletes, dads and kids has always been a passion of mine. It never mattered if an athlete was playing basketball, football, baseball or softball, striving for greatness will take consistent work in the weight-room and on the court or field as equal. As an athlete training at the Kingdom will help install these habits to help you reach your full potential.
